Order Status & Tracking

Order Statuses in the OMS:


NEW - Order waiting to be processed

PRINTED - Order has been printed and is on warehouse floor

CANCELLED - Order has been cancelled

DESPATCHED - We have despatched the order and can be tracked (if on trackable service)

INVOICED - Order has been shipped and successfully invoiced to your account

INVOICEFAILED - Order has been shipped but we have not processed cost for shipping

FAILED - Rare status when there has been an issue with the system and the order could not be created

ONBACKORDER - All items for the order are not in stock

AWAITINGDOCUMENTATION - We have requested documentation (commercial invoice)

QUERYRAISED - We have raised a query that needs resolving before we can ship

PACKANDHOLD - Shipping / delivery date has been requested

AWAITINGPICKING - Order is waiting to be picked

PICKINGSTARTED - Scanning items for the order is taking place

PICKED - All items scanned and waiting to be packed

FRAUDRISK - Order has come through from your website with High Fraud Risk alert





If you need to track an order:



Step 1 - Go to Orders > Overview


Step 2 - Search order number Note: Hit RESET top right to clear filters.






Step 3 - Click on Actions > Track
